Skokie’s thirteen-acre savanna and nature center is an oasis full of native wildflowers, grasses, oak trees, a two-acre pond, and trails.

Maximum of 8 participants with masks (required) and social distancing. Lake Cook Audubon members only. Priority given to members who have not participated in a field trip this spring.

From I-94/Edens Expwy south, exit Touhy Avenue East to first stoplight, Skokie Blvd. Turn left (north) to Howard St. Turn right on Howard St to Knox Ave. Turn left on Knox Ave (north) to Brummel St. Turn left on Brummel Street to parking lot.
